By this point in your Journey, you are wise to have a method of attunement that works quite well for you. In Wahya Circle we learned what Attunement is and what improvements the practice such as this can make on a personal level, especially with our Magick and Medicines. This was done through a basic attuning technique. In Golanv Circle, we learned how to Attune on a deeper level with Self and the energies around us with the use of helpers like Element Water. In Yona Circle, or your Third Degree level, you will attune with Higher Self even more so.

We have already made the connection to Higher Self, while walking the Circles of our first two degrees or in our continuous personal practices. Now, we know that it is wise to keep that connection as clear and strong as possible, as well as free from blockages that we pick up individually from the reality around us daily. Those energetic interactions occur whether we are Conscious of them or not. On occasion your Higher Self or Spirit will know when you are around harmful energy and move you away from it…. you will move away from it. In situations where you cannot move away, or are not Consciously Aware of them, as method such as the one we are about to share will help cleanse and shield from those happening regularly as we move through out realities.

SACRED SYLLABLE METHOD(S)
As we understand, energy interacts with us and around us at all times. WE can intentionally interact with it, and manipulate it as it interacts with our auric fields by use of this technique. The manner by which we do this is with a sacred syllable, or sound.

Many Practitioners ‘ohm’. The Ohm, as a sacred syllable, is not the only one. You have to choose which one vibrates in the most beneficial way with you. Learning to do this allows us to Self-Heal and Self-Cleanse on a higher vibration across Time.
