An Affiliate
Do you have the time to commit to helping, teaching, sharing, or giving to others in your magickal community? Are you an adept Practitioner who likes to teach others Ways of the Arcane Arts?

There may be an Affiliate for you!

To begin, contact National BHS and verify that an Affiliate does not exist in your area and notify them of your interest in starting one.

National BHS will then ask if you can answer these statements with TRUE:

1 I have a Magickal Resume or have received a Heka Certificate of Completion from APMS or its equivalent.

2 I can legally sign business contracts in the United States.

3 I do NOT have any felony convictions preventing my access to secure and sensitive data.  

If you answer all of these as TRUE statements, then your Letter of Intent and Magickal Resume will be reviewed by both National BHS Affiliate Council and National BHS High Council, as well as having your Membership verified. (For all Affiliate positions, the minimum of one year and a day is required.)

Once reviewed and accepted, you will be contacted for an Interview with Council. (Over ZOOM)

After the Interview, you will be contacted with your final instructions for completion of paperwork and document signing.

This Affiliate review process takes several weeks to complete. We ask that you remain patient during this time.

A Charter

There may be an Charter for you!

To begin, contact National BHS and verify that an Charter does not exist in your area and notify them of your interest in starting one.

National BHS will then ask if you can answer these statements with TRUE:

1 I have a Magickal Resume.

2 I can legally sign business contracts in the United States.

3 I do NOT have any felony convictions preventing my access to secure and sensitive data.  

If you answer all of these as TRUE statements, then your Letter of Intent and Magickal Resume will be reviewed by both National BHS Affiliate Council and National BHS High Council, as well as having your Membership verified. (For Charters, Membership to your State and National are required for positions. Time of membership is not calculated.) You will also be asked to provide the licensing information for your business, available through your local tax commissioner or Secretary of State for verification. The name applying for Charter with National BHS MUST BE PRESENT on the license, either as a Registered Agent OR Owner. Please allow adequate time for this verification as each state has its own clock.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a legal agreement between two legally recognized entities and must be presented in this way.

Once reviewed and accepted, you will be contacted for an Interview with Council. (Over ZOOM)

After the Interview, you will be contacted with your final instructions to complete and sigh paperwork.
