Thank you for considering a walk with us while on your Magickal and Medicinal Journey! We pride ourselves on an extensive magickal exploration of Self as you traverse the entire globe in Lessons. These include many different lines of practice and thought that are indigenous to Earth, that span from Healing and Self Exploration to Protection and expanding Universal personal practices. We also endeavor to explore the deepest parts Shadow and Ego in our personal Medicine Healing.

Things to Know Before You Apply

PUBLIC APPLICATIONS ARE ACCEPTED FOR WAHYA CIRCLE ONLY. The Invitations to Interview are limited.

THESE APPLICATIONS ARE ONLY OPEN TO THE PUBLIC DURING WINTER.

APPLICANTS TO GOLANV AND YONA CIRCLES ARE BY INVITATION ONLY.

THESE INVITATIONS ARE BASED ON THE MERIT EARNED FOR MAGICK & MEDICINE SUBMISSIONS MADE DURING WAHYA CIRCLE AND GOLANV CIRCLE RESPECTIVELY. Practitioner’s may also earn Merit by regular attendance to monthly Moots.

PRACTITIONERS ARE INVITED TO ADVANCE IN THESE CIRCLES BY MENTORS, GOLANV GUIDES™, AND THREE CIRCLES MEDICINE COUNCIL™ MEMBERS.


Early Registration is for Current attendees only.

Open Registration is for current attendees and Three Circles Medicine National BHS™, Affiliate and Charter members* as well as being open TO THE PUBLIC.

Late Registration is for all of the above, MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS ALIKE.

APPLICATION REVIEW
Applications are reviewed by Three Circles Medicine Council™ to fill the available seats for each respective Circle. This process can take up to 30 days depending on verification of references and vetting process. “Application Received” emails from TCMed are proof of their receipt.


NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTED APPLICATION
After review and vetting, Notifications of Acceptance will be sent out via email. Please allow up to 30 days for this step to complete.


SCHEDULE INTERVIEW
Once email regarding Received Magickal Resumes, Statements of Intent have been reviewed and the vetting process has occured, the each Applicant will then have a limited amount of time to schedule a ZOOM interview with Three Circles Medicine Council™ Members. The available times will be noted in that email. The are approximately 15 minutes and scheduled on a “first come, first served” basis.

These interviewing Practitioners are from various Medicine Circles, High Councils, Three Circles Medicine National BHS™ or its BHS Affiliates, Charters, or other members of the community who are Practicum Presenters at Three Circles Medicine™. This includes Practitioners that have completed all three Lesson Paths with honors for their Heka Certificate of Completion, and those who have received their Medicine Healer or Magick Teaching Certificates from us. This also includes Practitioners who sit Pro Tiem on Council for seasonal pacing with their leadership courses. There will be a MINIMUM of three Council members present for the interviewing process.


AFTER INTERVIEW WITH COUNCIL
You will be notified of Admission and advised of both the MANDATORY Orientation Moot as well as the Practitioner’s Learning Contract IF ACCEPTED.

These contracts are informative of your Time commitments to Self, and Personal Practices. The beginning course is not recommended for anyone with less than TWO YEARS of regular practices beyond the festival or holy days of their chosen Path. Failure to attend the mandatory Orientation Moot or those Practitioners that do not return the digitally signed Practitioner’s Learning Contract will result in immediate removal from the roster for that course.


For those that walk a Path connected to WitchCraft specifically, Witch’s Honor Code is observed at Three Circles Medicine™.


Most succinctly, this Honor Code is stated as thus:

“Truth and honor are no different to a Witch than anyone else. We are not special just because we put the W word in front of those terms. Yet we hopefully understand the binding power of words and therefore seek clear communication with ourselves and others because we know the universe listens to what we speak aloud. With practice, our voices gain power. We hopefully know the consequences of our actions. I say “hopefully” as I realize so many do not, but if we are truly doing magick, abusing our words is a learning experience. Magick is in every thought we think, every word we say, and every action we take. We must be clear in our actions on the mental, verbal, and physical levels, for all reverberate in magick. Simple acts by an initiate or adept can cause great reverberations in the magickal world, often with unintended consequence. Are we in “right action” on these levels and in the world, even if we cannot predict the magickal, or even personal, ramifications? If we behave our best, our most honorably, in as many moments as we can, then that is all we can do to be in accord with what is “right.””

If you do not state your intention or purpose with your continued interest on your application in walking with us, your name will be removed from the list after the close of registration.

*ONLY MEMBERS of Three Circles Medicine National BHS℠ or one of its Affiliates or Charters may register for TCMed. Please, apply for Membership as early as possible. Active members receive priority application review. Once registration opens, you will need your Membership eSigil, or Membership Number, to apply for registration. If you do not have this, please notify TCMed on your application. Your email can still be verified through data searches for valid Membership.

Applicants interview determines Acceptance. No Shows are Administratively Withdrawn; seat is forfeited. Interviews are scheduled on a “first come, first served basis.” Once all time slots are filled, the Interview schedule will close.

Our Circles of Study

Three Circles Medicine offers a variety of expertise in Magick and Medicine from around the world, all at NO MONETARY COST to you! We cover many origin Paths from the source, such as Aboriginal and Yoruba to Modern Witchcraft and Reconstructionist Paganism. We continually welcome fresh and Remembered Knowledge. TCMed explores Self, Shadow Work, Ego Work, practical expansion and other aspects of Self to assist you on your Journey. You will benefit from disciplined efforts in these practices.

Our at-home learning programs are broken up into weekly or bi-weekly Lesson plans and require little setup or monetary investment of anything other than a Time. We ask each Practitioner for a minimum of 13 minutes per day with Wahya Circle℠, and with increasing increments as you move through the Lessons of Golanv Circle℠ and Yona Circle℠. That 13* minutes is spent on a Lesson that is sourced from a professional educator, Life-long Practitioner, Divinity School specializing in the Path source material, personal Books of Shadows, Books of Results, and vaious other personal sources from our Practicum Presenters.
(Additional sources are provided when needed through website links and email. With the exception of personal Books, most topics are searchable through various methods.)

All of our Circles offer a leveled Heka Certificate of Completion. Practitioners’ Submission Rates for Lessons must be consistent at 75 percent or above to maintain enrollment and to be endorsed by this school of Magick and Medicine. Merit earned for this affords a Letters of Recommendation for other schools should you decide to attend them.
