Application Steps

STEP ONE — February 15th - 28th, 2026

You must submit all of your required documents online via an additional email with your Application submission. These include your Magickal Transcripts and Letters of Recommendation, if required. If you are a recent graduate, your Heka Certificate of Completion will complete this requirement automatically.

It is not possible to apply to multiple 3CMM - Paths of Study for the same Turn of the Wheel. However, admissions committees have the discretion to refer Applicants to other Courses in cases where they feel the Applicant may benefit greater or are better suited for a different Path of Study.

STEP TWO - INTERVIEWS
Interviews are a REQUIRED as part of the Application process. This is especially important for those entering Wahya Circle, even if you have attended previously. Interviewing will take place March 1st through 14th. Filled days, or days “not available” will be black out when the calendar goes live on the National BHS website. (HERE)

 
NOTE ABOUT REAPPLYING
3CMM Council™ will accept a maximum of TWO applications for READMISSION from one individual over their lifetime. This caveat is also at the discretion of Council. Once application for readmission attempts reach two, no further Applications from that Practitioner will be accepted.

EXAMPLE:
Practitioner A applies to Wahya Circle.
Withdrawal from Wahya Circle occurs at some point in that Turn of the Wheel. (Personal or Administrative.)
Practitioner A can reapply the next Turn.  However, if they withdraw or are withdrawn a second time after reapplying for that Circle they may not reapply without meeting with 3CMM Council™ for PRIOR approval to do so.

WITHDRAWING, AND REAPPLYING DOES EFFECT YOU PERSONAL MERIT. 

This Journey is a personally disciplined time commitment and MUST NOT be taken lightly. Magick & Medicine are life at 3CMM. To apply to this school is an commitment to Self with a requirement of the dedication of personal time for metaphysical studies and practice. If you have ANY doubt, do NOT apply. TRUST SELF.    

STEP THREE — ACCOUNT CREATION : APPLICANTS FOR THE CURRENT TURN 2026 - 2027 : April 1
Those who have previously applied within the last cycles (i.e., for 2022-2023; 2023-2024; 2024-2025) shhould have access through the same account. When initiated, the correct Path of Study will open for your account. You are also strongly advised to review the application process AND additional requirements.


ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
3CMM Pro Tiem Council has the sole discretion to determine which application materials the Applicant does not need to resubmit.

NAME
This is your full legal name as it appears on your registration of live birth or a legal name change document.

EMAIL ADDRESS
This is an email NOT SHARED with another individual. This email must be a private email, not school, and not work UNLESS YOU OWN THE WEBSPACE. It MUST be able to receive emails from Three Circles Medicine & Magick™ in order for you to receive graded or weighed Submissions from Lessons in your course of study. Our school has to be entered onto your “white list” or NOT SPAM list to complete contact with you. Applications received from emails that do NOT meet these parameters will be automatically rejected.

ADDRESS
Only your City and State are required here, but if you want a Heka Certificate of Completion, you will enter it completely for the location in which you would receive a holiday card or legal document.

PHONE NUMBER
When issued a Mentor, it may be a preferred method of communication that is given to them for your convenience.

STATEMENT OF INTENT
This is a required statement that will be weighed by Council for Admission to the program. This is to accompany your Magickal Resume and any Letters of Recommendation you may wish to Submit. (scroll to the bottom of the linked page for the resume example.)

NUMBER OF YEARS IN ACTIVE PRACTICE
Answers may range from two to MORE than five years of ACTIVE Magickal and Medicinal practice. Remember, this is a commitment.

TIME SPENT PRACTICING
This may be answered with “Daily”, “Weekly”, or “Monthly”.

NOTE TO COUNCIL
This is where you notify Council of your previous applications, withdrawals, etc. If none of these apply, simply state, “DOES NOT APPLY”.

RESULTS
Please note any significant Results from Magick or Medicine you have recognized. This will be discussed at your Interview.

NEXT STEP

AFTER SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION WITH THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND IF IT IS ACCEPTED BY COUNCIL, PLEASE MONITOR YOUR EMAIL FOR AN “INTERVIEW REQUEST” EMAIL.

THIS EMAIL IS SET TO ARRIVE AFTER THE ENDING OF THE ALLOTTED APPLICATION TIME FOR ALL.

INTERVIEWS FOR ACCEPTED APPLICATIONS
First two weeks of March 2026
Applicants interview determines Acceptance. No Shows to Interviews are automatically Administratively Withdrawn and the seat is forfeited. Once Accepted, a calendar will be sent with these dates.

MANDATORY MOOT — APRIL
This year, 2026, marks the first year of our Mandatory Orientation video. Questions regarding this video will be asked at the interview. With that, THE FIRST MOOT WILL BE MANDATORY. Anyone not attending the scheduled Moot will be Administratively Withdrawn as this Moot cannot count as your an “missed Mandatory Moot”.


ACCOUNT CREATION FOR CIRCLES
March
Links will be emailed separately for Account Creation. 3CMM will log the IP addresses used to determine frequency of participation. Failure to log in weekly will result in an Administrative Withdrawal. Time is our currency.
