Psychic Hygiene

As we have learned, psychic hygiene is a must when dealing with various Universal Energy. Especially when we have been working with psychic Intent. Take this time to do some house cleaning and psychic hygiene for Self, your housemates and your suroundings. This includes psychic Protections.

Below is a link to another great Practitioner with another method of hygiene that may or may not benefit you, but you are well served to devise a regimen including something like this. (Give some time.) You are welcome to ‘make a salad’ for your own personal use with the techniques provided. This is a full body cleanse with energetic Focus that does amazing things to personal strength when utilized BEFORE setting out to do those Protections.
