Intermediate Practicum
Using the Bagua

Some of you may have been introduced to this technique before. It was briefly discussed in Wahya Circle, and you also have access to many concepts regarding it online or in books. Below you will find a brief refresher and a video to view for this Lesson. The purpose in reintroducing this concept as we enter into a new year of not only solar but lunar quality, is that many Practitioners of various Paths feel it is highly beneficial to evaluate, or reevaluate, how things are positioned around one’s space. This is especially true if you practice “gift exchange” as part of this seasonal Experience.

Where did you place the gift? Where does it reside in your space? Even the color of the item is wise to be considered to some Practitioners.

Bagua (meaning 8 trigrams) is one of the main tools used in Feng Shui and is considered the “energy map” that all creatures live by. It is used to analyze the energy in any given space by Practitioner of Practiced Masters of the Art.

Through understanding the Bagua, we can redirect the energy flow around us to focus on things we need to improve and enrich in our Experience by increasing the positive chi and correct the negative chi. With proper use, this tool can and often will help an individual achieve their goals as well as be a powerful and positive influence on their life.

Using the Bagua map in your practices will help you assess, improve and enrich every aspect of your life and assist in self-discovery. Today, we are going to “test that” and explore our space!
