Monad Eight Concepts, Ogdoneira
”Eigth Sleep” - “to Establish (Experience)”

The Eighth Monad is considered Ogdoneira, or “Eighth Sleep”.
All is written from the perspective of Reverend Richoz’s Experiences. Please feel free to share yours.

Ogdoneira’s purpose is to Experience Matter in its fullest through Spirit and its goal is to develop systems that Experience both the individual’s role in Matter with Self and helps us see our role as a cog in the group’s role, such as that in one’s Community.  It is also to intensify the Experience of the single unit, the Being, the single object inside of that reality.

The Experience of the fullness of our Whole Being is almost felt here.  Although this level of Consciousness will elude those who have not fully done their Self Work, not finished it, but those who have not fully embraced their Healing, or Forgiveness, or Trust, or whatever human Experience aspect they are to Work with.

One of the biggest roadblocks to this Experience is “a lack of” or “absence of” something that one will be shown pretty quickly.

“One of the elements I learned during my Experience with Spirit was one of True Empathy.

We are used to having ‘empathy’ or ‘sympathy’ when it comes to one’s bad Experiences in Matter… but we are NOT used to having that same Empathy to feel Joy.  Feeling, truly feeling the Joy… Happiness… of another human was absolutely amazing.  To feel Empathy without condition…. as of now, I have no words to describe the Experience that could possibly convey the intensity, the magnitude, the Pure Joy.

Yes, ‘mindset matter’… so does ‘heartset’.  It matters how strongly you are grounded in your reality. Knowing where yours ends and another’s begins.  There is great beauty in ‘letting go’ … REALLY LETTING GO … and trusting the process.”

We can all have a full Experience in Matter, especially when we begin to have it with Spirit while we are grounded in that Matter.  Focusing one’s Journey in the Experience of Matter is crucial to having this Experience.

Matter cannot buy a full Experience with Spirit.  You can find Balance, which in itself is a difficult task – but beautiful to achieve… but you simply cannot Experience Spirit while holding on to so much Matter.  That includes aspects of life reserved for the Monads of Matter. You can taste this Experience in a way, you can have this Experience hinted at you, but until you are fully ready, you will not have it.  “Letting go” of aspects of Matter for real is a big piece.

Think about it.  Think back to Wahya Circle.  Remember how rich everyone’s stories were?  Everywhere around the world, the First People walked in Balance, with Spirit, with Nature.  They were not “takers” or “polluters”.  Is someone having that Experience “wrong”?  No.  But it can only go so far.  We have a finite amount of resource, or Matter.

What do YOU want to Experience?  THAT is what is important.

EIGHTH MONAD SOUL FAMILIES
This Soul family creates order out of seeming disorder.  We begin to see that patterns of All That is and what had to go into our sole Experience in Matter.  When one reaches this point with Higher Self in Matter, we begin to feel our Whole Being, and SEE IT.  We See the Golden Strings that the Divine Musician may pluck in each of our lives.

Do we learn the music?  Do we simply hear the music… or do we FEEL the music?

Just as we go through all Experiences of Matter, all of them have a full spectrum attached to them.  Love. Hate. Grief. Joy. Happiness. Contentment.  Sadness. Forgiveness.  Gratitude.  Appreciation. Neglect.  Need. Every aspect.

It is on each of us to find our Balance within them all.  Never “too much” of one thing.  Never “too much” Joy for loss of Change and growth of Stagnation as a being.  Unless of course we are in quiet repose and Self Analysis… or Resting this manifestation. Knowing our reality, the dept of Self, the fearless exploration of it… allows us the clear eyes to SEE what is ours from this manifestation and what it is that we drag with us through Time.  To Heal, to Remember, to Grow… whatever purpose it is that we hold onto that piece of Soul each manifestation.

Those Souls who reach the Eighth Monad begin to do their best to live in Balance and Harmony, and to not harm or judge others, as they See the :road ahead” clearer.  There is a strong urge to be impeccable and to maintain personal integrity in all transactions. They detach from the emotional intensities of the previous monadic  periods and get more objective about the ups and downs in their Experience of Matter as Beings now more of, and driven by, Spirit.

GREATER PURPOSE
The key phrase here is the process of BEING established or being in order.  This group then will take on other things, companies, ideas, systems of Matter that are already in existence and order them in a sensible and beneficial manner so that the information, individual or group may further be developed, just as they were.

All of the previous Monads worked on seeing those patterns of connection. Ogdoneira sees them and adds even more meaning and practicality to them with Spirit.  They are shown the “why” the patterns of Life exist in the first place. They seek to only Balance in accordance with the Universe, Self.

While we understand the Seventh Monad’s goal is to appreciate and intensify the individuality of existence, greatly increasing the experiential value of being in Matter, the eighth takes this even further by walking all of this collective Knowledge in Self --towards one’s Spirit.

Remember, if one’s individuality is not tempered by healthy judgment and personal discernment gained through Experiences of Matter, Trauma and Tragedy, it can sometimes become more chaotic and destructive.  Self Work is real.  To counteract this destruction and chaos, the eighth Avatar of Divine Energy, Ogdoneira, is all about order, process, and Focus.  This family is pragmatic and goal oriented.  They are the ones who seek to create structures in order to carry out the Will of the Universe.

The Soul of the Eighth Monad imposes order on their environment only as it pertains to their evolution.  Do not misunderstand.  “Imposing order” is NOT a force of one Will over another.  It is finding Balance in that environment.  Matter AND Spirit.  The Eighth Monad determines that XYZ is non-beneficial to their growth and development for their Journey. They remove XYZ from their surroundings.  Things of Matter such as heroin, hatred, alcohol, bigotry, domesticated animals, misogyny, meat, cigarettes, and various other pieces of Matter that can stifle one’s growth and change in Spirit and personal energy.

Earlier Monads sought to study or even to expand order, and some were increasingly frustrated when order was absent, or elusive to them.  This is due mostly to Unhealed or Unchecked Ego.  The Eighth Monad was the first of the Monads to seek to impose order on this level though. The Eighth Monad can be as analytical as the Second Monad, and as loyal as the Seventh Monad, and like the Sixth, the Eighth Monad tends to impose expectations when unhealed. Even if they are from a place of Unconditional Love, Forgiveness, Healthy Discernment, and absent of Judgment, they can effect in ways that may not really fit into our Journeys and they become VERY non-beneficial.

The Eighth Monad loves communication and interaction with Matter and Spirit.  Relationships are important to Ogdoneira but they can get caught up in control issues again if the Experience is new or not one they were expecting to occur.  This is especially true if one has hidden unresolved Shadow or Ego, or if a new stage of life evolves such as the shift from Father to Hermit, or becoming Grandmother.  Ogdoneira seeks order and structure that is in alignment with their Journey in order to improve their existence of Spirit in Matter.

MINDFULNESS
Those of the Eighth Monad must be mindful should they become quagmired in their own expectations.  Let go.  See what happens if so.  They can become extremely controlling and manipulative in pursuit of their goals so much so that they become counterproductive to others if they are not healed.  (Remember: Every Stream, every Monad, has individuals who are evolved that will take advantage of others.)  Many with Shadow and Ego Work unresolved in this Monad like power and the trappings of that power can unleash in non-beneficial and in very unhealthy ways when they become non-productive, such as a spiritual leader. They tend to impose upon others wherever they can.

Cult Leader, anyone?

With all of that in check, Ogdoneira is a trail blazer who loves new situations and information at every level. They love to go where no one has gone before.  They enjoy healthy debates but NOT conflict and arguments for their own sake.  These can again occur if there is unresolved Shadow or Ego. They view competition as often the most productive way to find answers to situations.  Because of this, Ogdoneiran Souls sometimes seem heavy-handed and controlling when they are in fact not.

Because some of these concepts can be lost on the Eighth Soul Family, we end up at the Ninth Monad.
