H. RES. 353 has been introduced. Articles of Impeachment have begun.  If you have a House Representative on the Judicial Committee, CALL THEM. If you do not, definitely call Chair - Jim Jordan
OH 04  as well as Ranking Member - Jamie Raskin MD 08.

On April 28th 2025, the House Judiciary Committee was presented with  House Resolution 353 (Please read all charges. Any additional charges will require an Addendum or new Resolution, but do the American people really need that?) This H.R. 353 was presented by, Mr. Thanedar (for himself, Mr. Mfume, Mr. Nadler, and Ms. Kelly of Illinois) who submitted the House Resolution; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary.

This Judiciary Committee which is chaired by Republican Jim Jordan, with Democrat Jamie Raskin serving as the Ranking Member. The committee consists of 44 members, with 25 Republicans and 19 Democrats.

THIS MEANS AMERICANS NEED TO BE INVOLVED.
Have you called your Rep? What is your freedom worth to you? Do you risk deportation? Student loan default? House foreclosure? Food insecurity? Loss of insurance coverage or Social Security?  Eventually all Americans will be affected by what is happening in our government… unless you are insulated by money made on the backs of others.

Are you ready to change how citizens are treated across the board?

SPEAK. UP.

It is imperative that as a citizen of this land, you participate in American civics.  It has not been since the corruption of Richard Nixon have Americans been this much at risk.  Now, the world is leaving us behind as they move forward.  Are you ready for that?
We are not an isolationist nation like North Korea. 
We do not agree with nationalist or fascist ideologies and have in fact fought against them throughout our involvements in every conflict. 

We have each fought, through personal Experience, or the Experience of a family member, another American citizen, for Freedom, Liberty and the free willed Pursuit of Happiness.  We each took an Oath to protect the Constitution from enemies, both foreign, and domestic.  Those we elect have taken the same Oath, … yet, do they uphold it as you have? Do they honor you by their service?

It is the citizen, not the people who stay behind their desks warm, dry and fed at home that see war, famine or death.  It is us, We the People.  We fight and die for this illusory Experience that we have been sold by billionaires and those who stink of corporate greed.  Remember

when we fought against “death panels”? What do you think privatized insurance is for? YOU? No. It is for the money. You would be wise to explore the cycles of charges that occur between government entities and private enterprises, industries and businesses that our elected not only have stake in and reap windfalls from, but also from where they receive lobby money and campaign contributions.  Look at Wisconsin elections and Musk contributions. Look at AIPAC and who takes that money willingly and without question to vote in their favor. Many of those monetary exchanges amongst our judges and politicians are from non-US citizens.

Did you know that?

We are wise to ask ourselves, is the American government bought and paid for by foreign entities? Many of us believe there is a little truth in all things. “That’s Russian intelligence” is no joke when speaking about certain politicians and their cronies. It is a curious thing when a Biden is questioned about their laptop … but not a Trump and a purchase in Dubai? Dig deeper.

Both political parties are corrupt. Some are more so than others. In fact, there is only one individual that I can find that is not effected by, nor do they accept “blood money” from AIPAC.  BlackRock? Nothing good ever comes from BlackRock.  And as far as Silicon Greed or IT gladhanding, good luck on your search.  Make sure you are sitting down when you start down the rabbit hole.

Regardless of all of this, We the People have to change as a nation. We have to be better and choose wiser, more fulfilling goals for all of us. It does not serve us to continue to enrich the elite and bankrupt the citizen.

Did you know, Mr Trump has bankrupt more businesses and more times than many of us even dream? He has never repaid any money to his “creditors” that he has lost, yet, many of us are REQUIRED in our courts of law or risk wage garnishment or property liens.  THINK ABOUT THAT.

We can no longer let the flashy, wealthy, tailored, ego driven, self-oriented individuals drive the American Democratic Republic boat. To sleep and dream of what they “have” as we “have not” – drives us here EVERY TIME.

It is time to SPEAK UP and SPEAK OUT despite their empty threats of hot air and inhumane treatment of Americans. It is time to STAND AGAINST oppression of our family, friends, neighbors, foreign exchange students, professors, institutions of higher learning, free press/media, and ALL OF THE OTHERS PROTECTED BY OUR CONSTITUTION.  As stated by Teddy Rosevelt and echoed by Ronald Regan, "the American people are slow to wrath, but when their wrath is once kindled it burns like a consuming flame." 

How to Call Your Representative with American Strength
Before you decide to make your call, rehearse, refresh and find the words for your message.  Decide your main point in calling. Make sure you are comfortable in the surroundings where you are going to be placing your call from. Distractions like a loud TV or others noises need to be considered.  Have a snack or beverage nearby.  (Believe it or not, this is high anxiety for many until they become accustomed to speaking to those they elect. That anxiety kicks the brain into overdrive which burns energy.)

Once you have gathered yourself, grab a pen and paper “just in case”.

To begin:

1.   Introduce Yourself
Start with:
“Hi, my name is (NAME), I live in (CITY/STATE), and I’m calling to leave a message for (REPRESENTATIVE).”


By stating that you’d like to leave a message, the staffer knows to take notes. They may ask for your address to verify that you’re a constituent—this is standard procedure. (Calling someone that is not your representative requires a bit of legwork but can be done. Look for a future article on that method.)  You DO NOT have to give your full address but most ask for city and state.

2.   State Your Message

o    For Democratic Representatives:
“I am deeply concerned about our country’s ability to withstand Donald Trump’s ongoing attack on our institutions, disrespect for our Constituion and Elon Musk’s control over our data. I urge (REPRESENTATIVE) to speak out, hold community events, and assure us of the steps (HE/SHE) is taking to stop this threat of Constitutional Crisis.

I encourage (REPRESENTATIVE) to use every tool available to push back towards impeachment.”

§  If calling a Senator, ask whether they will commit to refusing "business as usual" until they use every procedural tool available to impeach Donald J. Trump per the Articles of Impeachment and stop the Billionaire Coup.

o    For Republican Representatives:
“I am deeply disappointed in (REPRESENTATIVE)’s compliance with Donald Trump and Elon Musk’s efforts to dismantle our institutions. A Constitutional crisis WILL do irreparable harm to our country. When Donald Trump attempted to freeze all federal funding for crucial programs and infrastructure, including programs in our (DISTRICT/STATE), (REPRESENTATIVE) was complicit. Lawmakers take an oath to uphold the Constitution, and I expect Republicans in Congress to prioritize that oath over loyalty to Donald Trump.”


From here, the staffer will likely note your call and thank you. They may also discuss the representative's stance, offer resources, or provide an opportunity to sign up for district-wide updates. Hence, the pen and paper!
